Ross Emerson
Ross Emerson trained at Loughborough College of Art with further training in thrown pottery at Dartington in Devon.
Ross works with red earthenware clay to hand build a range of ceramic peices. He doesn't use moulds and every piece is modelled or built from scratch, so no two pieces are ever the same.
Clocks form the main bulk of his work, although he also makes candalabra, candlesticks, vases and dishes.
Ross describes his work as having echoes of Dali, Echer and Heironymous Boche.
